About Us

Welcome Rosey Posey Pottery!

Located in the heart of Flint, Texas, we’re open Friday’s & Saturday’s from 10 AM to 5 PM, ready for you to walk in and get creative.

At our paint-your-own pottery studio, we offer a fun, relaxing space where you can let your imagination run wild and create one-of-a-kind pottery pieces. Whether you're a seasoned artist or just starting out, our studio is the perfect place to express your creativity and make something truly special!

First: Choose your perfect pottery piece to paint!

Our pottery arrives in its "bisque" stage, ready for you to bring it to life with your creativity. With over 200 unique pieces to choose from, you’ll have plenty of options to find the perfect one!

Second: Choose your paint colors.

All our paints are water-based so they are easy to clean up and won't stain clothing. We recommend three coats of each color of paint. You pour our paint into small paint trays that we will provide for you for easy clean up!

Third: Enjoy your painting experience!

If you're looking for inspiration, we have a collection of idea books with beautiful designs to spark your creativity. Our experienced staff is always here to offer guidance or suggestions, so don’t hesitate to ask! Once you're finished, simply leave your masterpiece with us, and in two weeks, it will be ready for pickup!

Is there an age restriction?

No, all ages are welcome! We do recommend parental guidance for children under 5 to ensure a fun and safe experience for everyone.

Do we require a reservation?

No need for a reservation - walk-ins are always welcome! However, if you are looking to host a private event or birthday party, we’d be delighted to help you book it.

Do you host birthday parties, or private events?

Absolutely! We love hosting birthday parties, church events, women’s nights, team building sessions, and more. For pricing and additional details, simply contact us by phone or email —we’re happy to answer all your questions.

Do we take our finished pieces home the same day?

Not quite! You’ll leave your piece with us and, we’ll take care of the glazing and firing process. Our turnaround time is two weeks to ensure your piece is beautifully glazed, fired, and perfectly finished and ready for you to enjoy!

Do you offer gift cards?

Our unique gift cards are crafted from pottery right here at Rosey! They can range in value from $15 to $100. You can pick them up during our studio’s open hours, Thursday through Saturday, from 10 AM to 5 PM.

How long do I have to pick up my pottery?

We’ll hold your pottery for up to 30 days. After that, we’ll consider the pieces unclaimed and may either dispose of them or re-home them to make space for new creations! You may call the store during business hours to check if we still have your piece if you have exceeded the 30 days.

What kind of events can your private event room host?

Our brand-new private event room is perfect for a wide variety of events! Whether you're celebrating a bridal shower, birthday party, or any special occasion, we can accommodate it all with ease!

Bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays (all ages) , girls’ nights, and more—this room does it all. And while pottery painting is always our favorite activity—- the space works beautifully for any kind of gathering. Plus, we’re BYOB friendly for adult events, making it even easier to relax and enjoy the moment!

Sydney Ellen is the owner & heart behind Rosey Posey Pottery! She turned her lifelong love of pottery into her very own happy place — where creativity flows, paint gets everywhere, & there’s ALWAYS a whole lot of fun!!

Zoie Zahirniak

Team Member

Zoie is our right hand girl & such a special part of the Rosey team!!! She helps keep the studio running smoothly & makes sure everyone feels welcome. She keeps the store organized & truly can do it ALL & then some!!

Dacey is our social guru & one of the smiling faces you’ll see around Rosey!!! She’s always ready to help bring your ideas to life! She’s also the girl behind our social media & loves making Rosey look as fun online as it is in person!!

Carter is our kiln guru & our go to for all things pottery!! She makes sure all the pottery gets glazed, loaded, fired, & ready to come home! She keeps our kiln running smoothly & always makes sure every piece gets the care it deserves.

Maycie is our pottery pro & one of the sweet faces behind Rosey Posey!! When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her at Rosey helping behind the scenes, jumping in wherever she’s needed, & making sure our studio stays fun, & organized!!
